Service scope

EventMatch is a signal-based prospecting workspace for professional events. It helps authorized users review attendee information, prioritize people for specific events, import ordinary audio files and selected Omi conversations, and prepare evidence-based follow-up drafts. Its optional camera stores user-selected event photos and may suggest an event only from explicit attendance and schedule overlap. It does not guarantee identity, attendance, commercial outcomes, event assignment, or the accuracy of provider or AI-generated content.

Your responsibilities

You may use EventMatch only with accounts, event directories, and conversation data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with recording, privacy, employment, anti-spam, and communications laws, including giving notice and obtaining consent where required. Do not use EventMatch to reveal hidden contact information, infer sensitive traits, bypass provider restrictions, or send deceptive outreach.

You may upload only photos you are authorized to capture and store. You are responsible for notices, consent, venue rules, and applicable privacy or publicity rights.

Optional biometric face matching is unavailable by default and may be used only after an organization owner or administrator gives separate organization approval and you give separate current-user consent. Earlier face-matching permission and Photo AI permission do not apply. When enabled, EventMatch uses Amazon Rekognition as a subprocessor to retain encrypted attendee face-reference data separated by organization and event, and to compare private photos without storing those private photos as attendee references. You may use it only for private photos and authorized visible attendee or existing Person reference photos within your organization and selected event context. You remain responsible for any biometric notice, consent, or other lawful basis required for the photos and people in that context. After you grant consent, the separate automatic-review preference is enabled by default for at most 10 new photos per event when fewer than 500 active visible attendees are present; you may disable it at any time without withdrawing consent. All other photos require an explicit action. You must review and explicitly confirm every proposed photo-to-Person link. You may not use EventMatch to build an unrestricted face gallery, identify people outside that authorized context, or infer protected or sensitive attributes.

You may upload only audio files you are authorized to possess, store, play, and process. You remain responsible for recording consent, ownership, notices to people being recorded, and local law.

Audio files

Ordinary audio import is independent of Omi. EventMatch may use a file date and duration to suggest a nearby event, but the date may reflect a copy or edit time and the suggestion is not a factual determination. You must confirm or change the event yourself. Importing or assigning a file does not start transcription automatically. If you choose Build event report, EventMatch sends the audio to its configured AI subprocesser and returns a speaker-labeled transcript plus AI-generated event content that you must review for transcription, identity, and extraction errors.

Omi integration

Enabling an Omi event window authorizes EventMatch to retrieve completed conversations that overlap that window. If you separately enable Live Coach, EventMatch automatically accepts and stores encrypted realtime transcript segments during each Event Mode window and may send a bounded rolling context to its configured AI provider for private guidance. EventMatch does not start, stop, or verify Omi recording. You must notify people in the conversation and obtain all consent required for recording, storage, and AI processing. Disconnecting EventMatch does not revoke the app inside Omi or delete data already imported.

AI and drafts

Structured summaries, classifications, and drafts may contain errors and must be reviewed before use. Follow-up drafts are never sent automatically. AI explanations do not alter EventMatch's deterministic scores or identity-confidence rules.

Any biometric face-match output is a review candidate, not a statement of identity. Low confidence produces no match, multiple candidates always require review, and EventMatch does not create or merge a Person from a biometric result.

ChatGPT and Codex plugin

The public EventMatch plugin is read only. It may retrieve records already available to your selected EventMatch organization, but it cannot synchronize a provider, start analysis, edit records, register for an event, or send outreach. Scheduled ChatGPT Tasks can read the same approved data and produce briefs; they do not change EventMatch.

Organization owners and administrators may connect one private EventMatch app for both approved reads and controlled actions. After your confirmation, it may start the documented event synchronization, attendee-directory synchronization, and analysis jobs. It cannot send outreach, register for events, control a browser, or perform arbitrary edits.

A personal EventMatch connection may activate the connected user's private Event Mode and return that user's Live Coach summary and suggestions. It does not expose the raw realtime transcript or another organization member's conversation data.

You are responsible for your OpenAI account, prompts, scheduled tasks, conversation retention settings, and review of all resulting content. Revoking the plugin stops future EventMatch access but does not remove prior messages from OpenAI products.

Availability and third parties

EventMatch depends on third-party services such as Omi, OpenAI, Exa, Amazon Web Services, event providers, hosting, and email delivery. Their availability and terms may change. EventMatch may disable an integration to protect privacy, security, provider compliance, or service reliability.
