Service scope

EventMatch is a signal-based prospecting workspace for professional events. It helps authorized users review attendee information, prioritize people for specific events, record event audio through the EventMatch iPhone app, and prepare evidence-based follow-up drafts. Its optional camera stores user-selected event photos and may suggest an event only from explicit attendance and schedule overlap. It does not guarantee identity, attendance, commercial outcomes, event assignment, or the accuracy of provider or AI-generated content.

Paid plans and pricing

Paid EventMatch subscriptions are provided by MELLIVORA ONE INC. A subscription applies to your selected EventMatch organization. Unlimited includes the application features without separate charges for individual events and costs USD 20 per month or USD 200 per year. Full includes Unlimited and commercial API access and costs USD 30 per month or USD 300 per year. Full replaces Unlimited; it is not a second, additional subscription.

Annual subscriptions are charged in full in one payment. Any displayed monthly equivalent of an annual price is for comparison only and does not indicate monthly installments. The total amount, including any applicable agreed discount, is displayed before you confirm your purchase. Security restrictions, technical limits, source-provider rules, and access permissions continue to apply to the service and API. Unlimited does not mean unlimited API requests.

Payment and activation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are payable in advance for your selected monthly or annual billing period. Paid features are activated after payment or an eligible discounted order has been confirmed. Returning from Stripe alone does not confirm activation. Your subscription status, current period end date, and payment history are available in Plan & billing.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription automatically renews for successive periods of the same length unless you cancel automatic renewal. By confirming your subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with the agreed price and billing frequency. Time-limited discounts apply only for the duration and on the terms separately shown to you; the applicable standard price applies after they expire. Your next renewal date is displayed in Plan & billing.

Cancelling automatic renewal

You can cancel automatic renewal online through Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing, then complete the subscription cancellation in Stripe. Complete cancellation before your next renewal to avoid a new charge for the following billing period.

Cancellation through this portal schedules your subscription to end at the end of the current paid period, rather than ending it immediately. Subscription features and commercial API access may become unavailable after that period ends. Cancelling your subscription does not itself request deletion of your account or data. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Stopping use of EventMatch, uninstalling the application, or disconnecting an external integration does not cancel automatic renewal. If you cannot access the billing portal, contact info@eventmatch.ai for help cancelling.

Plan and billing-period changes

The current service supports upgrades to a higher plan and changes from monthly to annual billing on the same or a higher plan. Downgrades and changes from annual to monthly billing are not available within an existing subscription. Full replaces Unlimited on the same subscription.

Before you confirm an upgrade, EventMatch displays Stripe's calculation of the additional amount due and any credit for the unused paid portion of your current period. Selecting a plan or switching the Monthly/Yearly selector does not itself initiate a charge. You must explicitly confirm the displayed amount. Upgrades use standard pricing and do not carry over your current promotional discount.

For upgrades within the same billing frequency, your renewal date stays the same. When changing from monthly to annual billing, the new annual period begins when the paid change takes effect. New features become available after the required payment is confirmed. If the additional payment is not completed, your existing paid plan remains available within its paid period.

Unsuccessful payments

If a renewal payment is not completed or your confirmed paid period has ended, subscription features, automatic processing, and API access may be restricted until payment is restored. A failed payment should not itself be treated as confirmation that automatic renewal has been cancelled. You can update your payment method and review your subscription status through Plan & billing and the Stripe billing portal.

Billing questions

For questions about subscriptions, payments, or access, contact info@eventmatch.ai. To help locate a payment, provide your account or organization and the payment date or invoice number. Do not send full card numbers, CVC codes, or passwords by email.

Your responsibilities

You may use EventMatch only with accounts, event directories, and conversation data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with recording, privacy, employment, anti-spam, and communications laws, including giving notice and obtaining consent where required. Do not use EventMatch to reveal hidden contact information, infer sensitive traits, bypass provider restrictions, or send deceptive outreach.

You may upload only photos you are authorized to capture and store. You are responsible for notices, consent, venue rules, and applicable privacy or publicity rights.

Optional biometric face matching is unavailable by default and may be used only after an organization owner or administrator gives separate organization approval and you give separate current-user consent. Earlier face-matching permission and Photo AI permission do not apply. When enabled, EventMatch uses Amazon Rekognition as a subprocessor to retain encrypted attendee face-reference data separated by organization and event, and to compare private photos without storing those private photos as attendee references. You may use it only for private photos and authorized visible attendee or existing Person reference photos within your organization and selected event context. You remain responsible for any biometric notice, consent, or other lawful basis required for the photos and people in that context. After you grant consent, the separate automatic-review preference is enabled by default for at most 10 new photos per event when fewer than 500 active visible attendees are present; you may disable it at any time without withdrawing consent. All other photos require an explicit action. You must review and explicitly confirm every proposed photo-to-Person link. You may not use EventMatch to build an unrestricted face gallery, identify people outside that authorized context, or infer protected or sensitive attributes.

You may record only audio you are authorized to capture, store, play, and process. You remain responsible for recording consent, ownership, notices to people being recorded, and local law.

Event Mode and imported audio

Audio capture starts only after you explicitly start Event Mode in the EventMatch iPhone app. You must select the correct event and review any transcription, speaker, identity, or AI extraction errors. You may also import one audio file you are authorized to store and process and explicitly select its event. Imported audio stays private to you. Transcription and reports are separate actions; importing does not start AI processing or recording.

AI and drafts

Structured summaries, classifications, and drafts may contain errors and must be reviewed before use. Follow-up drafts are never sent automatically. AI explanations do not alter EventMatch's deterministic scores or identity-confidence rules.

Any biometric face-match output is a review candidate, not a statement of identity. Low confidence produces no match, multiple candidates always require review, and EventMatch does not create or merge a Person from a biometric result.

ChatGPT and Codex plugin

The public EventMatch plugin is read only. It may retrieve records already available to your selected EventMatch organization, but it cannot synchronize a provider, start analysis, edit records, register for an event, or send outreach. Scheduled ChatGPT Tasks can read the same approved data and produce briefs; they do not change EventMatch.

Organization owners and administrators may connect one private EventMatch app for both approved reads and controlled actions. After your confirmation, it may start the documented event synchronization, attendee-directory synchronization, and analysis jobs. It cannot send outreach, register for events, control a browser, or perform arbitrary edits.

A personal EventMatch connection may open a private event photo context, but it cannot start or access live audio capture. Recording and live transcription are available only inside Event Mode in the iPhone app.

You are responsible for your OpenAI account, prompts, scheduled tasks, conversation retention settings, and review of all resulting content. Revoking the plugin stops future EventMatch access but does not remove prior messages from OpenAI products.

Optional Azure/Bing review

An approved supplemental web search may send only the selected public LinkedIn profile URL and company name to Bing through Azure OpenAI. Bing queries leave Azure compliance and geographic boundaries and are not covered by the Azure Data Protection Addendum. The separate search-generated review is not confirmed identity, employment, or ICP evidence. Original references accompany it; we do not crawl these links or use this output to train or evaluate AI models. Private review work products are retained for at most 30 days and never saved into your ICP automatically.

Availability and third parties

EventMatch depends on third-party services such as OpenAI, Exa, Amazon Web Services, event providers, hosting, and email delivery. Their availability and terms may change. EventMatch may disable an integration to protect privacy, security, provider compliance, or service reliability.
