For account access, event synchronization, ChatGPT connection, privacy, or deletion questions, contact info@eventmatch.ai.
Include the affected EventMatch organization and the request ID shown with any error. Never send passwords, API keys, provider credentials, Omi transcripts, private photos, or attendee-directory exports.
ChatGPT and Codex connections
You can revoke an EventMatch connection from ChatGPT or Codex plugin settings. Revocation stops future EventMatch access but does not remove content already present in an OpenAI conversation.
